SEDIBENG.- As part of celebrating Transport month and making public services available to the community, Sedibeng District Municipality(SDM) will extend licensing center services to Saturdays.

This is to adress the the backlog and to continue rendering quality service to the public.

“Licensing Centres will be open on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 to assist clients who need to renew their driver’s licenses and professional driving permits. Clients who work during the week, students and pupils can test for learners’ and drivers’ licenses on Saturdays.”Says SDM Media Officer Molefi Nku.

“Members of the public can choose to test for Learners’ licenses manually or through computerized testing system within the Sedibeng District Licensing Centres which are Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging (manual system) including Heidelberg and Meyerton (computerized system).” Nku concludes.
