Speaking to Vaalweekblad, a motorist who did now want to be named said he is frustrated because there are no available slots at a number of driving license testing centres (DLTC) in the Vaal Triangle. He also said as they struggle to find available dates online, the expiry date of his license is getting closer and closer but there is no option to walk into a licensing department to renew his driving license.
