Covid-19 cases in the West Rand on the increase

According to statistics released by the Gauteng Department of Health this afternoon, the number of Covid-19 cases in the West Rand is increasing.

There are now 43 cases. This figure increased by one patient since yesterday.

Most of the area’s Covid-19 cases are still in Mogale City, where 30 patients have been identified with the disease.

Rand West has 10 Covid-10 cases while there are still only two patients with the disease in the Merafong City Local Municipality.
