Potchefstroom Hospital, Mediclinic and MooiMed Private Hospital have adjusted the patient visiting hours as a preventative measure during the Coronavirus, Covid-19, pandemic.

“It is necessary for us to manage the situation responsibly in the best interest of our patients and healthcare workers,” Diana King, a spokesperson of Mediclinic, said.

The visiting hours for hospitals are as follows:

• Potchefstroom Hospital                15:00-16:00
• Mediclinic                                       15:00–16:00 and 19:00–20:00
• MooiMed                                        15:00–16:00 and 19:00–20:00

At the time of publishing this article visiting hours at the Parys District Hospital had not change as yet.
