Four men sustained moderate injuries when a bakkie and trailer rolled on the N12 near Fochville on 31 July.
They were transported to the hospital by ER24 and the Advanced Rescue Service.
In another accident on the day before, a 27-year-old man was knocked off his bicycle on the intersection of Annan and Kaolin streets. ER24 transported the victim to Carletonville Hospital for treatment.
