Once again, the Kelly Cares Foundation conducted a highly successful “Please Cover My Books Campaign” in Parys and Vredefort this past weekend.

Under the capable leadership of Tatum de Pearce and her 20+ volunteers, and thanks to hundreds of donors, more than 5000 books were covered for about 450 learners.

This Sunday 26 January 2020, Tatum’s team returns to Vredefort at SS Paki in Mokwallo to finish the job

in Grades 5 and higher.  But she needs citizen help please: wrapping paper and plastic for schoolbooks and especially school supplies will be greatly appreciated.
To make a donation (in cash or in kind) or to volunteer on the day, kindly WhatsApp Kelly Cares Foundation on 073 914-1532.
At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
