Landdros Hussein Khota lewer vanoggend uitspraak in die borgaansoek van Tharina Human (27), Laetitia Nel (40) en Pieter van Zyl (50) by die Streekhof in Vanderbijlpark.

Die hof is tans in sitting. Hulle het na bewering die 6-jarige Amy’Leigh by haar skool, Laerskool Kollegepark, ontvoer en ‘n losprys vir haar vrylating gevra.

Die staat staan borgtog teen die drie beskuldigdes teen, en voer aan dat hulle vrylating die samelewing, Amy’Leigh en hulself, in gevaar sou stel.
