An unknown African male patient was brought in at Casualty at the Parys District Hospital by Emergency Medical Services on Sunday 11 August around 11:00.
The man might be in his late 40’s, is about 180cm long, weighs about 60kg and has unkept black hair and a full short beard and moustache.
He was wearing black jeans, a beige jersey (polo neck), black coat and size 8 dark brown tekkies.
He is known as being homeless and was mostly seen next to Big Daddy Tavern.
