This female Foxterriër with a growth in the vulva, has been found in a box where she was dumped next to the Parys/Vredefort road.
The dog is about 10 years old and weighed only a third of what her body weight is supposed to be.
The dog is in a very poor state.
The question is why could the owners not bring her to the SPCA instead of dumping her on the side of the road to be killed as she could not even stand.
The Parys SPCA is now asking for anyone who has info on who the owner is or saw when she was dumped, to please come forward with information. If you have information phone the SPCA on (056) 811 3671
