An adult male sustained fatal injuries in an accident on Friday 5 April at 18:00  on  the R57 and R42 Barrage Road in Vanderbijlpark.

Reports from the scene indicate that three vehicles were involved in the collision.

The scene was assessed by Paramedics  from Netcare 911.

Another five patients, an adult male and four adult females sustained minor to moderate injuries.

The patients were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
