The Vanderbijlpark SAPS is investigating a missing person case following the disappearance of Mr. Gerhardus Castelyn 49 years old, on the 26 November 2018.  Concerned family reported her missing on the 18 December without trace.

It is alleged that Mr. Castelyn left his residential place to visit a friend in Pretoria, Mr. Castelyn was last seen by his brother and his sister in law, when they dropped him off at Vereeniging taxi rank to go to Pretoria.  Mr. Castelyn was last seen wearing black Levis trouser, red T-shirt and the brown boot, his phone has been switched off since his disappearance.
