Liezl Scheepers Less than a minute

Runners taking part in the first myrun for Parys.

Remember myrun this Sunday 16 December at Parys Golf & Country Estate. The 5km free timed run/walk event every Sunday from 08:00 starts at the Parys Golf & Country Estate Clubhouse.

Pre-registration is required at myrun.org.za The event is open to everyone, regardless of their level of fitness.
The route promises to be fast, flat and scenic. It is stroller-friendly and dogs on short leashes are allowed.
Registered runners will earn 300 Vitality points.
