The first ever 5km myrun in the Free State will take place on 2 December at 08:00 at the clubhouse on the Parys Golf & Country Estate. This event will be a free weekly timed run/walk as from 16 December (no run on the 9th of December).
The event are open to everyone regardless of level of fitness. myrun events take place every Sunday morning at exciting venues throughout South Africa.
The route promise to be fast, flat and scenic. Stroller friendly and dogs on short leashes allowed. Registered Discovery runners will receive 300 Vitality points.
