Fashion to the extreme

SHARPEVILLE.- Three young flexible, energetic and talented former Vaal University of Technology Fashion Design students are building a fashion empire in Sharpeville. Millicent Seripe (PR manager), Tebogo Ngonyama (designer) and Teleki Majara (designer) have formed a fashion design company called Exhail Fashion. The trio started the company last year following their graduation.

“We are a company that is into the latest designs and we do everything as requested by our customers. “We do street wear, formal wear and weddings to mention but a few,” the trio says. They encourage young people to do things for themselves and say that the youth should believe in their abilities and not wait for ‘manna from heaven.’ They do however acknowledge that there are challenges such as capital and marketing. “We would like to eventually partner with big retail stores so that we can have our designs in their stores,” the trio end.
