Mystery surrounds skeleton

Carletonville - The police are investigating an inquest case after they discovered a skeleton near a slimes dam in the area

According to the police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Peter Masoea, children from Letsatsing village made the grisly find while they were busy hunting. They called a mine security officer who, in turn, notified the police.
When the police officers arrived at the scene, they and a member of the emergency medical services dug up some of the bones.
At the time of the newspaper going to print, no one was in a position to say how long the skeleton had been buried there.
