Dear Ngwathe Municipality. This is now month FOUR of having no water between 9pm and 6am daily. We are paying our rates and taxes. Your lame excuses are no longer acceptable. I think it is time to take this matter to the media. . I still think our water is being turned off deliberately by someone because it stops precisely at the same time each night and is turned on again precisely at the same time each morning.  The same excuse about a problem at the water plant with pumps is now starting to sound like a broken record. Yet, to the best of my knowledge, only the upper parts of town are without water. That tells me the problem is elsewhere at a local water switch. Someone is stealing our water at night, I’m convinced of it.
* The Municipal Manager for Ngwathe, Mr Bruce Kannemeyer, upon receipt of a copy of the letter sent to him on Thursday 8 March, immediately responded saying that he will ask both the director Technical Services and the Manager Water and Sanitation to investigate
