Martial arts achievements

Two learners from Sasolburg High have achieved great goals in their respective martial arts disciplines. Muhammad Lala (right), has been selected to represent WSKF South Africa at the 12th World WSKF Karate Championships. This event will take place in Tokyo, Japan, during August. Caitlin Pillay has participated in the International Kanazawa Cup at the Tongaat Sport Centre on April 25. Caitlin represented South Africa and received a gold medal for full contact fighting and a silver medal for basic fighting.
