Top achiever and reader in Grade 1B – Biruk Demese;
Top achiever in Grade 1K – Khanya Khuzwayo;
Top reader in Grade 1K – Bray-Lee Williamson;
Top achiever in Grade 2G – Nhlosenhle Sithole;
Top reader in Grade 2G – Abonga Mchunu;
Top achiever in Grade 2W – Avumile Xaba;
Top reader in Grade 2W – Lubanzi Nkosi;
Top achiever in Grade 3L – Katleho Moloi;
Top reader in Grade 3L – Ndalo Nhlengethwa;
Top achiever and reader in Grade 3N – Emihle Haas;

Academic Diploma (whereby a learner has obtained an average of 80% and above for all subjects):

Grade 4A – Melokuhle Mlambo, Kuhlekwethu Nyandeni and Sinesipho Sithole;

Grade 4C – Siphesihle Khumalo, Ammarah Bhayla, Nkululeko Mathizerd and Sibongeseni Khumalo;

Grade 5F – Ahmed Kajee, Adoniah Fekere, Snokuhle Kumalo, Nsiks Xaba, Alondwe Mthembu, Minenhle Motha, Apple Thusini, Landiswa Ziqubu and Luhluthando Ndwandwe.

Grade 5S – Lethiwe Mdletshe, Dibora Yannes, Skyler van der Plank and Zothani Zulu.

Learners who received Academic Colours in Grade 6 and 7 (obtained an aggregate of 80% and above in all subjects):

Grade 6M – Loago Motsepe, Monalisa Msweli, Sbongokuhle Qwabe and Alondwe Mkhwanazi;

Grade 6P – Kuthabakwethu Ndaba, Lisa Musakwa, Sahal Bhayla, Amahle Hlomuka, Nkosinathi Masondo, Ayibongwe Dlamini and Sharon Ushe;

Grade 7M – Mawande Kunene, Sanelisiwe Nene and Zekhethelo Sangweni;

Grade 7O – Zemvelo Ndaba, Yamkelo Nkosi, Aphiwe Sikhakane and Lulama Mvelase.

Sport prizes:

Girl hockey player of the year – Monalisa Msweli;

Netball player of the year – Kuthaba and Zemvelo Ndaba;

Soccer player of the year – Asimbonge Mashiyane;

Chess player of the year – Sphiwo Mkhonza;

Rugby player of the year – Monwabisi Mjoli;

Sports boy of the year – Angelo Hlophe;

Sports girl of the year – Ziyandiswa Mdlalose;

Damien Bruckner Cup for outstanding sportsmanship – Sanelisiwe Nene;

Cock House Trophy (winning house trophy for academic and sports results) – Francis.

The guest of honour was Mrs Mvelase.
