Support two upcoming events to raise funds for young leukaemia patient

The monthly Kraainess Market Day in Glencoe, to be held on May 27 from 09:00, will contribute to Harry's fund-raising, with all gate fees and donations going towards this worthy cause. There will be lots of stalls and culinary delights, complete with entertainment.

Two events have been arranged to raise funds in support of little Harry O’ Mullane who, at just four years old, was diagnosed with leukaemia. He is the grandson of Peter and Margie Johnson, who farm along Sunset Road; and the son of the Johnson’s daughter, Sara-Faye, and John O’ Mullane of the Eastern Cape.
In late September 2021, he was rushed to Hilton Life Hospital, from Maclear, in excruciating pain. Within a day, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL).Harry’s parents, John and Sarah-Faye, have been brave enough to share Harry’s story while journeying this difficult road in an attempt to ‘pay-it-forward’ by creating more awareness of the huge shortage of blood and bone marrow donors in our country.
