ESTCOURT: Social golf club is launched

It is hoped that this initiative will assist in increasing the number of golf players, thereby helping golf courses to survive

The Imvemvane Social Golf Club was launched at Estcourt Golf Club on October 11.

The club has the following objectives:

1. Using the game of golf to create friendship and good relationships among the players.

2. Asking for concessionary green fees from golf courses located in central KwaZulu-Natal, enabling easy access to golf.

3. Exposing young women and men, and helping them to develop in this dynamic sport.

It is hoped that this initiative will assist in increasing the number of golf players, thereby helping golf courses to survive.
