Vryheid Child Welfare collects food for the children

Protecting children is everyone’s responsibility.
This was the message conveyed by the staff of Vryheid Child Welfare last Friday, during the food drive at the Pick ‘n Pay Centre, which is aimed at commemorating Child Protection Week.

It is also a way of getting the Vryheid community involved in actively keeping less fortunate families fed.

Staff members from Child Welfare spent their entire Friday at the centre and thank all members of the public, who went out of their way to show support, and Pick ‘n Pay for the use of its premises.
