Election 2019 – High Street voting station abuzz with election fever
Voters flocked to the High Street voting station yesterday to cast their ballots without incident.
The voting station near the public swimming pool (or rather what remains of the public swimming pool) was yet another incident free spot where community members flocked to cast their votes in yesterday’s national elections.
Police at the scene, who had been manning the voting stations since 3am yesterday morning and remained at their posts until the last votes were counted, report that the voting process was smooth and unmarred by any irregular or unsavoury activity.
