All you have to do is nominate one of the town’s unsung heroes – it’s as easy as that!

The winner of this week’s Panarottis Pizza Bust is Pastor Gert Olivier, nominated by Nontokozo Makhathini.

“I would like to nominate Pastor Gert Olivier of the Divine Praise Tabernacle International Church. Even though his church is in Glencoe, he resides in Newcastle. He is the kind of pastor who doesn’t get a salary, instead using it buy food for less fortunate people, irrespective of where you live. He is always willing to help and constantly prays.”

As a positive initiative to honour people who make a difference in the Newcastle community, Panarottis Newcastle are encouraging people to nominate someone who deserve a pat on the back for their hard work.
