Get ready for summer with these budget friendly delicious water detox recipes.

Most people overindulge in food and all things unhealthy during the cold winter months.

However, with summer here, we all want to look and feel good.

Unfortunately, most diet and detox plans are quite expensive. But don’t stress, because we have you covered with six great water detox recipes which won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

1. Green Tea Detox

Ingredients

– Water
– 1 Lemon
– 1 Green Tea Bag
-. ¼ cup mint leaves

Instructions:
Fill a glass jar with about 700 ml of cold water.
Add the green tea bag.
Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then add the chopped lemon and mint leaves.
Let stand for 30 more minutes, remove the tea bag and enjoy!

 

2. Grapefruit and mint detox


Ingredients:

– 1 Liter of cold water,
– 1 Grapefruit cut in thin slices with shell and
– 1 Hand full of mint

Instructions:
Mix Grapefruit and mint in the container with water.
Leave to cool in the fridge for a minimum of three hours.

 

3. Grape fruit, lemon and cucumber detox


Ingredients

– 1 litre of water natural
– ½ grapefruit-Grapefruit, sliced
– ½ sliced cucumber
– 2-3 mint leaves
½ lemon slices

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a jar.
Leave it in the refrigerator for two hours.

 

4. Cucumber, lemon and strawberries detox


Ingredients:

– 1 Cucumber,
– 1 lemon,
– 1 cup of strawberries
– Hand full of fresh mint.

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients with water and let it stand for at least three hours in the refrigerator.

 

5. Mandarins and blueberries


Ingredients

– 6 Cups of water
– 2 Mandarins, cut in chunks
– A handful of blueberries
– Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and put in the refrigerator for two – 24 hours to make it possible for the infusion.

6. Mango, blueberry and strawberry detox


Ingredients:

– 1 litre of water natural
– ½ diced mango
– ½ cup sliced strawberries
– 1/3 cup of blueberries

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and let stand for three hours in the fridge.
