Vodacom Newcastle Winter Festival Competition – Clue three

With Newcastle turning 150 years old, the theme of the competition will centre around the town. (hence 'NN150', which signifies the town turning 150 this year).

In the spirit of honouring the community and celebrating our town’s illustrious history, the Vodacom Newcastle Winter Festival committee has decided to host an exciting competition leading up to the much anticipated event.

This year, residents themselves will be put to the test. With Newcastle turning 150 years old, the theme of the competition will centre around the town. (hence ‘NN150’, which signifies the town turning 150 this year).

Readers will be provided with a cryptic clue in the Newcastle Advertiser each week, which will lead them to a strategic location in Newcastle. Once there, the person will have to take a photo of themselves with the NN150 sign and submit it to this paper in order to win a pair of free entrance tickets to the Vodacom Newcastle Winter Festival 2014.

We share our first name with the famous male Flintstone. You can find us in Vlam Crescent…and remember, we are huge ‘metal’ fans!
