You have discovered the Vryheid Herald’s new on-line presence, which for the media in Vryheid is an astounding step. It probably is an astounding step for all newspapers, but for us in little ol’ Vryheid, perched as we are at the northern end of KwaZulu Natal, so insular, so parochial, it is astounding for us to realise that You could be… anywhere in the world!
We kicked off, so to speak, today, October 2, and realise that to master this medium we have a lot to learn. We really welcome your comments, negative or positive, whether you are a resident of Landdrost Street, for example, or an ex-Vryheid resident who now happens to be in Mozambique, Ghana, France, the USA, New Zealand… wherever.
