Carina Horn, an ex-Monument pupil and current co-holder of the South African 100m record, hosted an athletics clinic at Ladysmith High School (LHS) on Saturday.
The athletes will be putting some valuable tips into practice as they gear up for the KwaZulu-Natal champs this coming Saturday.
Monument thanks Carina for sharing her expertise and passion for the sport with the learners.
