EHS hockey team plays in Spar KZN Hockey Tournament
The girls played five matches against the following schools: Warburg-Kirchdorf, Hermannsburg, Greytown, Wembley College and Domino Servite
On Saturday, May 9, the Estcourt High School 1st Team Hockey Girls, together with their Coach, Miss IN Masikane, travelled to Hermannsburg Deutsche Schule to participate in the Spar KZN Hockey Tournament.
The girls played five matches against the following schools: Warburg-Kirchdorf, Hermannsburg, Greytown, Wembley College and Domino Servite. Our team lost three games and drew two games.
Our players of the match for all games were Fanele Khumalo and Joshé Lite.The tournament was a great success and all thanks to Hermannsburg Deutsche Schule. We look forward to participating in the tournament next year.
We would also like to thank the following educators for travelling with us to support the team – Ms GZ Tshezi, Mr TC Nyathi and Mr SN Dlamini for driving us from Estcourt to Hermannsburg. Thank you to Mr L Meck for entering our team in this tournament.
