Dumsani Willton Mtshali (39) was all set to run the 42.2km Soweto Marathon today (November 6).
Unfortunately, during his training and preparation on the Lowlands farm road, Willton injured himself.
He fell and hurt his right wrist, which has rendered him unable to run the marathon.
“I was looking forward to finishing my sporting life on a clean page this year. Despite the unfortunate injury, I am still looking forward to the Two Oceans 2023 in April-May,” he said.
