Sid Price, Denis Bellingan and Heather Hitchin, representing Newcastle Bowling Club, claimed top spot at Ncandu Bowling Club’s sponsored day on July 23.
The competition was fierce, with players from Dundee, Vryheid, Volksrust and Newcastle’s two clubs in action. A total of 12 teams, consisting of 3 players per team, played 12 gruelling heats throughout the day.
