‘Humble lion’ stalks Comrades Marathon –

Despite a collision in 2015, which left his legs injured, Siyabonga Mncube hopes to finish this year’s Comrades Marathon.

Following in the footsteps of his role model, Bongmusa Mthembu, Siya believes that even finishing the 90-kilometre ultra-marathon will be an achievement for the ages.

However, he has completed six marathons in order to be as prepared as possible for the challenge ahead.
