Vernen is an all-rounder when it comes to sports
Vernen Naicker is not just passionate about sport – he loves sharing that passion with others as well.
Vernen is a football player, cricketer and avid angler who has excelled in each discipline.
His trophy cabinet is testament to his talents and Vernen has no plans on stopping bringing home the medals.
When he’s not competing, Vernen can be found coaching the next generation of youngsters eager to make their name in the sporting world.
“I want to focus more on giving kids better opportunities to get into sport. We may not have all the facilities that the bigger towns do, but we have the talent.”
Lockdown has put many of his sporting dreams on hold currently, but it’s also motivated him to do so much more once he gets back onto the field.
