Five points adrift on 42 were Sam Sewsunker and Naveen Rajcoomar, followed on 40 points by Charl Schaanik and Jacque Bezuidenhout.

Anyone in his right mind could have told Deejay that you don’t have to win by five points; one point is sufficient to win and you won’t damage your handicap!

The jackpot was won by Doc and Deejay, with two-clubs scored by Darryn Wortmann and Doc Khuzwayo. The Wednesday competition was again won by Deejay Ramdhav and Sam Sewsunker on 45 points, followed by Arnold Boettiger and George van Niekerk on 41 points.

The Friday Pick ‘n Pay competition was won by Warren Smith on a count-out from Richard Naidoo on 19 points.
