VAC’s Saturday long runs are fun.
The club expressed its appreciation towards Danie and Petro for running the water car and eats during the most recent run.
Vryheid Athletic Club’s Valentine’s Day 5km Fun Run, at Dee’s Restaurant, takes place on February 11 at 5.30pm.
Registration will commence at 4pm.
Athletes are requested to come dressed in red and join in the spirit of Valentine’s Day.
Dee’s Restaurant will have hot dogs, wors rolls and hamburgers for sale.

March 8 – Gooderson Natal Spa Willem Boshoff Marathon, hosted by Vryheid Athletic Club for 42,2km, 21,1km, 10km and 5km: these events are Comrades Marathon and Two Oceans Marathon qualifiers.
