Deejay Ramdhav claims victory on the golf course again

Deejay won the monthly mug as well as the jackpot

Submitted by Estcourt Golf Club

The Monthly Mug, sponsored by Mortimer Toyota, produced an unbelievable result.

Last week, we mentioned that we got a rubber stamp for Deejay, which we will use again in this article. Deejay Ramdhav entered the competition not knowing that he would shoot the daylights out of the course.

He posted a net 61, 47 Stableford points, won the jackpot on 14 points, and was closest to the pin for two on number 2. As is customary, the winner draws the number of the winner in the lucky draw and behold, Deejay (on top of winning everything) drew his own number to win the money.

Closest to the pin on number 16 was Jacques Bezuidenhout and a two-club was scored by Charl Schaanick. Thanks must go to Ian Marx from Pick ‘n Pay, who donated towards the meat hampers.

The Friday Pick ‘n Pay hamper was won by Bunn Hamman on 24 points. This Wednesday is Rite Watch and Friday sees the start of the Eskort Open, sponsored by Eskort LTD. Friday is a Four-Ball Alliance (three scores to count), Saturday a Better-Ball and Sunday a 36-hole Medal.
