Gold accolades for table tennis team

Local table tennis stars have returned home three gold medals richer.
The local AbaQulusi/Zululand table tennis team participated in a national tournament in Durban on the weekend of July 20 and 21, during which seven teams took part. Locals certainly dominated, earning medals for their skill with the ball and paddle.
“As coach, I would like to thank our local Government for the support that we get. We will do our best to perform 100 per cent in the Free State. We won’t let you down,” said coach, Sabelo Zwane, in reference to the upcoming National Games tournament, which takes place from August 6 to 12.
