Cold start for Vryheid Athletic Club’s avid athletes

Well done to the runners who braved the cold on Saturday morning, and thank you to Prishanta for the super water/coffee car. It was once again, simply the best!

When you’re a runner and used to getting up at 4.30am for a 5am run, then no matter the weather, you dress appropriately and get out there.

Pieter van Niekerk, Monique van Deventer, Melissa Scheepers, Barbara Dicks, Ingrid van Niekerk, Marie Olivier, Sakkie Spangenberg and Prishanta Anandlal brave the early morning cold.
