Residents get moving for church fundraiser

Shiloam Ministries hosted a five kilometre fun walk/run as a fundraiser for the church on Saturday.

Members of the church and the community gathered at the Suryaville Informal Trade Centre were the race began.

Participants young and old were seen making their way around Suryaville to complete the race.

Each participant received a medal on completion, and succulent boerewors rolls and refreshments awaited them at the finish line.

A lucky draw was held and winners received exciting prizes.

First men to cross the finish line were Prem Singh and Andrew Gordon.
