Dead heats galore at Time Trials

Ladies 2km Jog/Walk: Lani van der Mescht and Anri Maree crossed the finishing line together in a time of 18m30s.
Ladies 3km Run: Zodwa Nxumalo was the only athlete to compete and finished in a time of 28m30s.
Ladies 4km Run: Fundile Buthelezi – 28m55s set a new personal best while Kholiwe Buthelezi and Thabisile Ngema – 33m35s also set new personal bests.
Men 4km Run: Bongani Sabelo and Ayanda Buthelezi dead heated for first in 14m00s with Sanele Nxumalo – 16m25s (Personal Best) coming in second. Philemon Zondi – 17m45s finished ahead of Khulani Nene and Sabatha Ndlovu – 21m05s and Sakile Masondo – 23m30s.
Reggie Nkosi, Spa Moloi and Sphamandla Nkosi all finished together in a time off 28m45s.
