On Saturday, October 29, 38 players teed off in good playing conditions to play in the monthly Skaap Dag, which was sponsored by Macksons.
First were Ram Ramwater and W Sibiya on 48 points. Seconds were Arnold and Gale Boettiger on 45 points.Third were H Ismail and D Ismail on 44 points.
Fourth on count out were Paul Wagenaar and George van Niekerk on 43 points. Fifth were Moekie Ghasitha and Sam Sewsunker also on 43 points.
Sixth were Kamy Baboolal and Gordon Chotu on 42 points. Closest to the pin on number two for two was Rubin Meades.
Closest to pin number 16 was Owen Mclucky. Two club winners were Carlo Piagesti on number three and H Ismail on number 12. Special thanks to Zubair, Kenny, Shaik and the Macksons Group for a wonderful sponsored day.
On Wednesday, November 2 will be a club competition followed by the special general meeting, all golfers are asked to please be present and submit your input for the future of the club.
On Saturday,. November 5 will be the monthly mug sponsored by Lalparsad Inc. Please get your names on the board for this great medal challenge.
