Bowlers scramble for some chicken

All business leagues and new players are welcome

Youth Day was chickens day.  A great morning of bowls and some tough competition.  The overall winner was Hans Vreken, back to playing some good bowls, runner up Dougie Slabbert, third Louis de Jager. The Shed Pool and Darts Business League had some excellent results, Team Hesom won both their Pool and Darts games earning full four points.

There was a very good turn out of players and supporters with lots of business chat around the fires. Upcoming event the “July Nite” Matchbox Racing will take place on July 1.  There will be prizes for the best dressed lady, gent and couple. There will be an auction, great music and dance, snacks and lots more fun. Tickets are R20 per person. Contact Nan or Sylvia for tickets.

Friday is Sunset Bowls and also Pool and Darts Challenge from 3:30pm onwards. All business leagues and new players are welcome.
