Pedalling to prove passion for cycling challenge

Avid cyclists convened at The Pines on Sunday morning at 5am to participate in the 2016 Checkers and the Pines Cycle Challenge.

Facing the daunting challenge of cycling 100 kilometres, the event was not for the fainthearted.

“I left Richards Bay at 1am to come here and take part,” explained cyclist, Simon Rollo.
