Capetonian surprises time trialists
Please note the Time Trials takes place every Wednesday's at 5:20pm in front of Dundee Junior School on Excelsior Lane.
Capetonian, Savannah Govender, made a surprise appearance at Time Trials on Wednesday, and besides taking part in the 3km event, she asked for a copy of the NN Courier which she has not seen for years.
In the 2km run, Ivan did well in a time of 11m45s.
In the 3km walk saw Vasanthee and Puckree finish in a time of 25m27s followed by Jasmine, Savannah and Rikesh 30m01s.
The 4km run saw another new competitor, Wium, a junior athlete who had a good run in a time of 22m40s. First lady home in the 4km event was Nicky in a time 19m17s followed by Jayruska 24m06s.

It is open to the public, young or old and costs nothing.
