Time trials in full swing

With time trials in full swing and the fields constantly growing, the competition is on.
In the 2km walk, Lani van der Mescht and Ria Nel completed this event in a time of 20m 21s, followed by Luzanne van der Mescht and Maryna Pieters, 24m 24s.

Ivan once again ran a P.B. in the 2km event in a time of 11m 44s.
The ever-improving Jayrushka ran the 3km event in a time of 17m 20s.
Nicky “The flying” Williams ran the 4km event, just missing out of her own record by 1sec, in a time of 18m 46s.
Rikesh Thakur romped home in the 4km run in a fast time of 18m 36s.
Please note that time trials takes place every Wednesday in front of the DJS, Excelsior Lane.
