Real Anglers Angling Club to host fishing competition

There are different prize categories to ensure that competitive angling is rewarded with a medley of cash and prizes

Real Anglers Angling Club will be hosting their Annual Fishing Competition at Kaylami Bay, Albert Falls Dam. Target species are bass and carp from shore only. Experience the adrenaline of catching monster carp and the explosion of bass as they surface out of the water when you strike your rod. This is where it all will happen.

There are different prize categories to ensure that competitive angling is rewarded with a medley of cash (R3 500) and prizes. The event will be held on December 14 from 6am to 3pm. Tickets are R50 and are available at most tackle shops in PMB and will be sold at the gate. Limited tickets available. Toilets have been provided.

The fundraising competition will assist the club in meeting and achieving its primary goal, “To Promote, Foster and Protect the Sport of both Amateur and Competitive Angling.” Conserve, protect, educate! For more information contact Sachin Roopan at 082 415 0050 or Neelen Moodley at 082 494 2320.
