Make sure your tees are sharp and the clubs are cleaned, as the Rotary Club of Newcastle Majuba is staging ‘the tournament of the year’ at the Newcastle Golf Club on October 18.
Partnering with the Newcastle Advertiser and others, the competition promises tons of awesome prizes up for grabs, including a two-night midweek break for two couples at the Champagne Sports Resort. Other prizes include a weekend for two couples at the Wagners Game Lodge in Wakkerstroom, a jackpot prize, as well as prizes as per golfing prowess during the competition.
The format of the competition will be Four Ball Betterball and entrance in R150 per person.
Funds raised at the event will be contributed to the Majuba Rotary Club’s projects portfolio.
