Friendly tournament to prepare for new season
The season will kick off with Nedbank Cup qualifiers next week
On Saturday (September 14), four teams that will be playing in the regional league had a four-team tournament at the AG Magubane Stadium.
The teams were Mnambithi All Stars, Tsaman Academy, Steadville United and Leniso Academy. This was a one-day tournament and the games started early in the morning.
Fans came out in their numbers to watch the exciting clashes on the field.
Results:
First round: Tsaman Academy (1) vs Steadville United (2); Mnambithi All Stars (1) vs Leniso Academy (0).

Second round, which was the third-position play-off: Tsaman Academy (2) vs Leniso Academy (1).
The final was between Mnambithi All Stars and Steadville United, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
