Personal Best records smashed at weekly Park run
Park run enthusiasts go together for another Saturday morning of fun, fitness and friendship.
The runners faced challenges finishing the demanding course in the intense heat, but they all persisted proving there is no better way than starting the Saturday morning with fresh air and picturesque green surroundings.
Experienced runner, Mandla Sibeko, clocked up a jaw-dropping personal best time of 19:53.
Congratulations to Soren Petersen and Craig Petersen who finished in the top ten and achieved their personal bests.
