Vryheid Bowling Club recently hosted their annual Spring Business League that spanned six weeks.

Van Eedens Elec has taken the trophy again with 533 points.
2nd – Natal Plumbers on 518 points;
3rd – Pick n Pay on 508 points;
4th – Eensgevonden on 456 points;
5th – Powertrain on 411 points;
6th – NTT Toyota on 394 points;
7th – Build-It on 393 points;
8th – Siyaxhasana on 340 points;
9th – Vryheid High on 325 points;
10th – Tyrevulc on 325 points;
11th – SPAR on 320 points;
12th – FST Transport on 241 points.

On November 25 and 26, Vryheid Bowling Club hosted their Club Men’s & Ladies’ Pairs with six men’s teams and two ladies’ teams.
The ladies played one game on Saturday, which was very close.
The winners were Benita Wessels and Jackie Stroebel. Well done!
In the runner-up spot were Lindsay Steele and Cornel Jordaan.

The men played three games on Saturday, with the final being played on Sunday. It was so nice seeing the new members on the green.

The men’s winners were Philip Scheepers and Owen Zimmerman (new member).

Runners-up were Andre Dreyer and Herman Jordaan.
