Newcastle Golf Club was abuzz on Saturday with players galore gathering to tee off for a very special occasion, the Lindie Sandow Charity Golf Day.
The golf day was well attended, with well over 50 players flocking to the greens to show their support and to swing for the exciting prizes up for grabs.
The day’s competition concluded with players congregating at the clubhouse for the prize-giving ceremony.
The results were as follows:
- George Meyer and Deon Pfeil took first place with 48 points, followed by Karl Swanepoel and Tony Sharp in second place with 44 points onco.
- Morgan Pillay and Frikkie Kruger finished third with 44 points onco.
- Ebert and Boland Koorts finished fourth with 43 points onco, and Renier Terblance and Pierre Uys fifth with 43 points onco.
